  7.         Ok, for you guys who play Quake all the time or are naturally
  8. good at games, like I am, this is very lame.  But, like my little brother
  9. who can't play worth a damn, this patch is very useful and fun.  They
  10. can cheat and have everything.  Ok these are the modifications I have made...
  11. very easy to do... but still needed to be done.  I got the inspiration from
  12. psycho.zip BUT I figured out all the things myself.  The amazing thing is,
  13. I have NO programming skill and am able to do this.  I don't even know Basic
  14. but I am able to do very cool things.  QUAKEC RULES!!! QUAKE RULES!!! ID
  15. RULES!!!! (by the way I am 15 so you can understand why I get so hyped!)

  18.  - Made ALL the weapons shoot faster than the Super Nailgun, including
  19.         the Super Nailgun.
  20.  
  21.  - Made the rocket launcher shoot Nails instead of the rockets, harder
  22.         to see the bullets... cool effect.
  23.  
  24.  - Made the grenade launcher shoot bouncing Lava Balls.
  25.  
  26.  - Changed a lot of the messages to either cooler ones, or more
  27.         understandable messages.
  28.  
  29.  - Changed the Ammo Cheat by not giving you keys, but still all weapons.
  30.         Also you start out with Lightning Gun.  Lastly it gives you 200 Armor.

  32.  - Made an Impulse command for The Biosuit, The Ring of Shadows, and for
  33.         the Keys. (See Below for what impulses)
  34.  
  35.  - I changed the Quad Cheat impulse. (See Below for what impulses)

  37.  - I made it so you never run out of ammo, once you have a weapon. NEVER!
  38.  
  39.  - The PowerUps last twice as long!
  40.  
  41.  - You can get up to 200 health and keep it, not 100.
  42.  
  43.  - When you shoot the Lightning Gun under water, you don't lose all your ammo
  44.  
  45.  - The grenades explode at a larger radius, so if you have no god mode on or
  46.  no teamplay on, WATCH OUT!  It takes twice as long for them to explode so
  47.  be out of the way when you shoot them.
  48.  
  49.  - That's all I can think of... I had a problem when I used the Quad Cheat...
  50.         it always said that didn't have damage2.wav precached and I fixed
  51.         that by precaching that and a few more wav files... but that's pretty
  52.         much it

  68.         Bind these to keys along with God Mode and WALLA!!! There you go!

  70. This patch does however cause a problem. Once in a while, you get a packet
  71. overflow which happens when you kill TOO many monsters in such a small time
  72. or have TOO many grenades or whatever, just wait till either gibs disappear
  73. or the grenades explode and then keep going.  I would suggest putting in your
  74. autoexec.cfg TEAMPLAY 1, due to the fact of the large explosion of the grenade
  75. and the fast shooting of the rocket launcher. By the way, the I don't know
  76. if that is ALL the source to it, but I think those are the files that I
  77. modified.
